  1. Hello Matt,

I am a huge fan of this podcast. I have listened to every episode and some more than once. I was wondering if I may ask the following questions to Mr. Frank Savannah?

Does Mr. Savannah know why there are so many injuries occurring in MMA sparing vs. boxing sparing? It seems as if MMA cancels a lot of fights, which us boxing fans know is way less common. I am wondering if Mr. Savannah could share some in-depth insight as to the difference is the sparring between the two sports, or perhaps since MMA is new, they are sparring incorrectly?

Another question I have is that it was recently announced GGG will take on Danny Jacobs in March of 2017, does Mr. Savannah feel Jacobs can compete in this fight?

I want to be clear, I have the utmost respect for Jacobs but GGG has been having his way with opponents and from a fan perspective, it is not the most entertaining matches to watch.

  2. Hello Matt,

I want to begin doing some boxing drills as part of my weekly workout routine. I was wondering if Mr. Savannah had any advice for heavy bag work? Perhaps he has a routine or some advice on a good way to approach the heavy bag? Thank you for the awesome content.
